Gazco MMB2260 Remote Repair Details

Model : MMB2260
Customers Fault Description : The remote control no longer controls the gas fire. I have changed the batteries and it still does not work. I can control the fire from the built in control panel on the fireplace - so it seems to be a problem with communication between the remote and the fire. I can't tell whether it is the remote or the receiver on the fire that is causing the problem.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire remote control arrioved safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press (see image).
The remote was tested over a 24 hour period at random intervals with no fault being found.
As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
