Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fire remote control arrived safely from France and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.  The remote was tested over a 24-hour period at random intervals with no fault being found.

The customer is to ensure a brand new 12v battery is installed and then try to pair the remote using the dial on the back of the remote.  If this fails it may be the receiver itself that is at fault.
