Customer's Fault Description
Remote is show an internal temperature of 35oC so the heating won’t come on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have an erroneous temperature value.  This was due to the thermistor being at fault. Once replaced full functionality was restored.

There were also signs of a battery leak on the internal terminals but his hasn't created an issue.
