Customer's Fault Description
There seems to be only 2 buttons not working on the remote. The buttons not working are the 2 volume buttons in the amplifier part of the remote control
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Musical Fidelity 3.2 remote control arrived safely and on testing the Volume buttons were confirmed to be non-responsive and the Stop button was found to be sluggish in response.

This was due to worn button contacts.  Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
