Intermittent fault. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Light sometimes comes on but fire doesn't ignite, sometimes fire doesn't go out. Have changed battery to brand new several times to check, and had gas service engineer check the fire itself. We would be grateful for you having a look at the handset which we think is intermittently faulty.

"Volume+" not very responsive. "Volume-" not very responsive but more so than "Volume +" I did open it up and you can see the "Volume+", "Volume-" and "Mute" contacts are wearing out. Could you also check the others and replace if there is any wear. Many thanks

Gloworm Repair

Screen was poor last winter. Blocky / streaky but useable. Has been without batteries all summer. Put new batteries in today and was able to set times and turn heating programme on etc. A few hours later and all I've got is the backlight with a totally blank screen. Help!

Celebrity Repair

I bought the chair second hand.The previous owner had repaired it by cutting into the cable about an inch under the controler and pulled the snapped light red wire out and taping it together. I didn't know this till it broke. I have repaired it twice but the wire has broken more and will no longer reach. My mother's chair is now stuck with the footrest up.
