Customer's Fault Description
The remote will not longer turn the fire on (There are no other buttons on the fire to turn it on.) the red button has been getting harder to turn on,needing more pressure.but the fire has nothadmuch use over the years.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived sadly (a fine of 3.50 Uk pounds had to be paid to receive it due to insufficient postage being paid by the sender)
On testing the top two buttons were sluggish / non responsive.
This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
