Customers Fault Description : Light off no movement. Wiggle wire light flash on on off sometimes work now has stopped working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a tiny brake in the print neat the cable edge connector. The print was reworked and the rest of the remote tested as ok.  The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
