Customer's Fault Description
No response from the receiver when press any buttons on the remote. When performing pairing / learning code from the receiver, no response from the receiver when press the down button on the remote for pairing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation on each button press.

The Voltage regulator was checked to be correct.  The remote was then tested over a 24-hour period at random intervals with no fault being found
