Customer's Fault Description
Remote is working intermittently following it being dropped!! We have already had the ‘spare’ one repaired by yourselves, so I am hopeful that this one can be sorted out too.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent with a low strength signal.
The Aerial coil was found to have cracked solder joints, and the button was also found to be intermittent.
The solder was reworked and the button replaced, this restored full functionality.
