GAZCO Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : GAZCO

Customers Fault Description : NOT IGNITING THE FIRE THE FIRE IS STARTING WHEN SWITCHED ON MANUALLY BUT IT SEEMS THAT THE REMOTE CONTROL IS NOT WORKING.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gazco remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.

The remote was then tested over a 24 hour period at random intervals with no issues being replicated.  This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue may be with the receiver itself.
