Customer's Fault Description
The remote doesn’t appear to be getting any power from the batteries. Installing new batteries made no difference.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Rear Entertainment System Remote Control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead. This was due to contamination over the terminal PCB connection points.  The PCB was cleared of contaminants and then the terminals reworked which restored full functionality.
