Customer's Fault Description
After changing batteries ready for winter, the receiver isn’t working. I assume it’s the receiver as the remote led shines when buttons are pressed, but not the receiver led. All worked fine throughout last winter!
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remoter and receiver arrived safely and on testing the handset was found to not transmit a signal. This was due to a faulty transducer in the remote control itself. Once the transducer was replaced full functionality was restored.
No fault was found with the receiver.
