Gazco Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Gazco

Customers Fault Description : Drains battery in 2/3 days even if not used will only controle the receiver when there is a gap of about 1 inchbetween them

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to drain power, the bottom button required a HARD press to activate, and the range of the signal was poor.

On opening there was contamination over the PCB, due to the damage a complete PCB assembly was fitted which restored full functionality.
