This Gas Fire Remote Control Receiver arrived safely and on testing was found to function with or test receiver on both channels, the down channel would occasionally not respond.
Unfortunately this item has suffered a battery leak which makes a repair not possible. Once these items suffer a battery leak, they can develop various random faults at any time including turning the fire on without intervention. Due to this a repair is not possible. Replacement receivers can be found on eBay.
