Customer's Fault Description
Remote just stopped working, tried new batteries to no avail, no buttons appear to be working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Quad remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as normal.
The controller was opened to check for defects and two issues were found. The main IOC was hanging out of its socket, this was reseated and then hot glue used to stop it creeping out again and then the terminal solder points were reworked as they were cracked.
The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
