HULSTA Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HULSTA
Customers Fault Description : The bed does not respond in any way whatever button is pressed. (Independent of which of the two scenarios below is the current one). Removing the batteries and installing new, fresh ones and/or unplugging the power from the bed in 5 minutes does not help. Additional - Every second time I put in batteries all lights in the "display" lights up whatever button I press. And the next time I take out the batteries and put them back in and press any button all the lights, except the one indicating the head position, turns on and stay on forever (that is until i remove the batteries again - after 30 minutes ++).
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely from Norway and on testing was found to have erratic behaviour. After an extensive component test was carried out it was found that if the main IC was heated it would work for a few seconds then fail again.
This is not a repairable issue as the ICs are not available as spares.
We were however able to create a clone by copying the code from the remote when it was temporarily working and creating a clone remote (HBL Coded). (see image bellow)
The payment on this page is for the supply of a clone remote control pre programmed and not a repair as stated. A clone was supplied
