Customer's Fault Description
Remote has stopped working for the Canton Speaker. No apparent tissue with the speaker though I cannot be sure. Have replaced remote batteries but to no effect, hence problem with remote control assumed to be the problem.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.

The customer is to re-test the item using an Energizer CR2032 (not Duracell) battery on return, if the item still does not affect the soundbar it may be an issue with the soundbars receiver itself.
