Customers Fault Description : Battery indicator constantly showing even when I change the battery to new and intermittent connection to the fire place
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable and faulty voltage regulator. Both were replaced which restored full functionality.
