John Lewis Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Not working, think a connection inside is broken
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
When opened one of the terminals was found to have broken away from the PCB (see image). The terminal was soldered back into position which restored full functionality.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.
