Customer's Fault Description
The left hand buttons that control ignition no longer work ( dont light the led ) or send signal to the fire .The right hand buttons work most of the time but also require checking.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.

All four buttons and the battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
