Celebrity Furniture recliner chair Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : One cable broken - result is that back of chair will still recline but cannot be raised. Footrest raise and lower work as they should.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable and also one of the buttons was sluggish in response. The button was replaced and then a straight cable fitted (we cannot get the curly kind). The rest of the remote was then tested as ok.
