Customer's Fault Description
One cable broken - result is that back of chair will still recline but cannot be raised. Footrest raise and lower work as they should.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable and also one of the buttons was sluggish in response. The button was replaced and then a straight cable fitted (we cannot get the curly kind). The rest of the remote was then tested as ok.
