Customers Fault Description : Receiver needs repair you fixed the remote.

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal operation, but the receiver would not respond.
The transducer in the receiver was found to have physical damage to it. Once the transducer was replaced full functionality was restored.
