Customer's Fault Description
the back of the control has warpped as it was left on top of the fire. the remote seems to be working fine but I just need a replacement case.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly damaged case.
A replacement case was fitted from a scrap remote.
No electronic fault was found with the remote.
Please note that the supplied battery in the remote is low at 7 volts so the customer is to replaced it on return.
