Customer's Fault Description
The equipment is fairly new [ ~ 2021/2] - it just stopped working. The batteries were clean and new. Not sure which part is faulty - The remote or the reciever. Hope you can help.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to transmit a signal.

This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset, once replaced full functionality was restored. 

No fault was found with the receiver.
