Gazco Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Gazco

Customers Fault Description : I dropped the remote from about 5 feet onto a ceramic floor after which it stopped communicating with the Studio Inset Electric 150 fire. I changed the battery but still no functionality.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation on all buttons.

The customer is to try to pair the remote with the receiver again.  This is done by turning the dial on the back one step at a time and testing all buttons on each step until it effects the heater.  It is important to note where the dial is at the start.
