MAHA Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : MAHA

Customers Fault Description : Remote has power, power button rubber missing, casing damaged, unit does not communicate with shaker plates. Checked functionality of spare and that communicates with shaker plates so must be a problem with this remote.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the case was found to have damage and held together using tape and 2 screws. The top led cover was missing as well as the actuator button cap.  Cosmetic issues cannot be rectified as spare cases are not available as spares.

On testing the remote was found to transmit a strong RF signal when the actuator weas pressed but the button facia seemed to have erratic response.  Sadly, as the button facia seems to be at fault a repair is not possible.  

As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
