Customer's Fault Description
Similar to last years fault (Jan '25) the fire does not always respond to flame start or increase.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing the remote would illuminate when using the upper and safety buttons but there was no signal on the up channel.

This was due to a faulty 40.5Khz oscillator. Once replaced full functionality was restored.
