Customer's Fault Description
Volume buttons and power button and some of the other buttons are not working, the remote was looked at and fixed in March 2023. Could you please take a look and fix the remote control buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This soundbar remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting without any button being pressed.
When opened there was liquid found within the remote which was shorting out a few of the button contacts.
The PCB and button array was cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
