Window no longer responding to remote at all

This Velux remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press as per normal.

The code being transmitted was confirmed to be correct and consistent with this model of handset.

The remote was classed as no fault found, the customer is to try to pair the remote with the window on return, if that fails it may be the receiver that is at fault.
