Customer's Fault Description
Control not working and power light not illuminated on the controller
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a few non functioning buttons but also the LED was illuminated albeit very dimly.
The faulty buttons were replaced which restored full functionality, but the LED is still dim without a button being pressed, this is due to a drain within the main IC. The remote will still functionality but it will very slowly drain the battery. Due to this a clone key fob remote will be supplied that the user can copy the code from the original.
