Customers Fault Description : No signal to Fire.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.  The battery clip had signs of a battery leak.  Once the battery cable was replaced full functionality was restored (See image)
