Not used for over a year. Stored without batteries. Now not turning on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Bose remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

On opening there was resistor which appeared to have a crack in it (when desoldering it, it fell into two pieces)  This was replaced which restored full functionality.
