Both not working, not been used for several years
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Velux roof window opener controllers arrived safely and on testing both were dead, and both had suffered battery leaks.
Unfortunately, the acid from the leaks had traversed onto the motherboard and eaten through many of the components on but handsets.
Due to the damage a repair is not possible to either remote.
These items were disposed of as per the customers email request 26th Feb 2025
