Customers Fault Description : Item not talking to the fires receiver
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal on any button press.
This was due to a faulty transducer in the remote. Once the transducer was replaced full functionality was restored.
