Customers Fault Description : Remote thinks battery is dead when it’s news so remote doesn’t work to turn on gas fire. I saw you fixed one before with same problem. Thanks.

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty voltage regulator. The regulator and battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
