Customers Fault Description : damaged cable works intermittently when cable is moved. Cable replacement please.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This HSL recliner chair remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable had a split in it. A replacement cable was fitted and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
