Customer's Fault Description
When inserted new batteries the middle one overheated to the point i had to take it out and throw it away at that point a green LED was flashing. After replacing again batteries no more LED flashing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have signs of an attempted opening prior to arrival with us.
One of the battery terminal pairs was mangled meaning it was shorting a battery when inserted. This terminal pair was replaced and then the on off switch replaced. Full functionality was restored.
