Valor Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Valor
Customers Fault Description : Initially ON/Off function stopped but could still use the heat control part providing fire was turned on manually. Now all functions have stopped working, tried a few sets of batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
The IR led and oscillator was replaced but the issue remained. Unfortunately the issue is with the main IC which is situated under a blob of blakc resin which makes a repair not possible.

As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
