Dimplex Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Dimplex
Customers Fault Description : Unit overheats and drainage batteries. Never been used.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Dimplex Plinth heater Bluetooth controller arrived safely and on testing was found to burn up when power was added. This was due to a short circuit SMD capacitor. Once replaced normal functionality was restored.
