Remote is not working, Ive tested the power pack for the chair and thats all good.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the case had signs of being opened prior to arrival with us (the centre screw housing was broken). The cable was damaged and when the remote was opened the PCB was upside down.
The cable was replaced with a straight cable (we cannot get the curly kind). The button contacts were found to be worn, replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons. One of the LEDs was intermittent, this was replaced.
Due to the screw housing being broken for the centre screw the PCB was hot glued into place.
