Firmadoor FMD-1 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No response at all from the controller, red light should turn on and the garage door should then open/close - controller appears “dead”.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Garage Door Controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead due to a faulty button.  Once the button was replaced full functionality was restored.
