Elica Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Elica

Customers Fault Description : The remote works when plugged in but doesn't hold the charge. I think the rechargeable battery needs replacing. Thanks.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Extractor fan remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not hold a charge.  The internal battery was replaced which restored full functionality.
