Customers Fault Description : FAULTY/WORN SPRINGS IN BATTERY COMPARTMENT (meaning batteries are not fitting correctly and connection is poor)

This remote arrived safely and on testing was intermittent due to corroded battery terminals.

The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
