Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote is not connecting with gas fire to switch on the fire.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gazco gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on both the up and down channels.

This item was found to be fully functioning with our test receiver which means that the issue is possibly with the receiver itself.
