Customer's Fault Description
The OUTSIDE of the cable (with 7 very small cables inside) is broken almost everywhere. Despite this, in the moment the system still works well.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Swissflex Wired remote control (SF 575) arrived safely from the Netherlands and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable.  A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
