Bose RC9 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Bose

Customers Fault Description : Remote not communicating with base station and thus the surround, speaker mode and volume buttons aren't functioning.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal.
When opened the aerial was found to have broken away from the PCB. Once refitted full functionality was restored.
