Remote not communicating with base station and thus the surround, speaker mode and volume buttons aren't functioning.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal.

When opened the aerial was found to have broken away from the PCB.  Once refitted full functionality was restored.
