Customer's Fault Description
lost communication to fire whilst in use. won't pair with fire using reset button and down arrow. Batteries replaced, still no joy. Borrowed unit pairs and works fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal operation with a strong RF signal at the expected 868Mhz.

It is thought that the issue is most likely with the receiver itself as the remote cannot be faulted.
