Glow-worm Climapro Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Buttons don't seem to be working and the control no longer connects to the boiler

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This boiler remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have non functioning buttons.  The buttons were found to have broken away from the PCB (this happens when the remote is dropped).

The buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
