Vola Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Vola

Customers Fault Description : 1. Low voltage connection plug come loose again 2. Remote for above was not shutting down and continuously making a noise ( batteries drain quickly)

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote and valve arrived safely (we cannot look at the valve).  On testing the remote was found to be dead with signs of a battery leak with visible rust of the terminals.

Unfortunately, due to the battery leak a repair is not possible.
