Customer's Fault Description
1. Low voltage connection plug come loose again 2. Remote for above was not shutting down and continuously making a noise ( batteries drain quickly)
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote and valve arrived safely (we cannot look at the valve).  On testing the remote was found to be dead with signs of a battery leak with visible rust of the terminals.

Unfortunately, due to the battery leak a repair is not possible.
