Customer's Fault Description
Hi the remote lights up once then stops . Tried new battery but hasn’t changed functionality. Has turned the fan on but then won’t switch it off with the buttons not working .
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Extractor fan remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent power. When opened this was found to be due to corrosion on the negative terminal.  The terminal was etched clean which restored full functionality.
